So my buddy has gotten a hold of a huge amount of 2C-E sweet tarts.

My 2 buddies chewed 2 each and were freaking out the whole night. They said they kept seeing shit like its supposed to. So I thought I would try 2. So I Took 2 and about 2 hours later they kicked in. But I did not hallucinate. I felt funny. Nice waves of euphoria. But I don't hallucinate one bit. Does anybody know why?

Also half of my town has the and hallucinate but I don't?

    Any answers would be appreciated

Other drugs you were taking at the time.
You mental state, surroundings, and anticipation for the trip.

Maybe the doses were not spread evenly on the pop tarts.

yes. you took a drug whose effects can change drastically with just 2 or 3 mg difference. measure it next it.

So much at work here. First is any possible dosage inconsistency. Second is how much set and setting can change a trip, even a trip of the same substance and dosage over time. Third is the fact that inherently every trip will be different, sometimes you will get strong visual effects, other times it will be mostly a kind of body high, maybe next time a true soul rocking realization-fest, it's just the nature of psychedelics. You are falling for the "tripping = visuals" myth.
