been there mate, was on set at 7 am, thankfully finished by 4 pm, have the evening and tomorrow off, then, 3 weeks of solid shooting

 

My landlady got evicted so now I'm being evicted. Bitch.

Surely there is some form of tenancy protection board that can help you here

 

Apparently not if you're given notice within the Estate Agents alloted time of two months. The Estate Agent and Landlady have said that they'll give us good references though :-(

Anyway, we viewed a house that someone else had already put a deposit on but I wasn't even mad because the kitchen worksurface size was a foot squared.

We're going to view 3 houses on Monday and we're going to have a meeting with a council member on Wednesday to see what our options are if we don't find a house before June.

I'm not worried, we'll definitely be able to get another place it's just mad pressure to find somewhere else.

In other news, I have an interview day with the BBC for their internship program in London next month, could be moving over there.

I also have been writing a very long letter of complaint to the jobs minister of Ireland to tell him how shit a job he is doing.

I am very much enjoying my first day off in thirteen and possibly only day off for another two weeks.

Well i'm not sure if its "taking off" considering i'm yet to get paid properly from the jobs i'm doing, saying that I am working a lot and on pretty high profile tv shows, not sure how the bbc thing will go, not sure if i want to leave Dublin, but i will if the job is right

Trying to work an a group assignment for my environmental law subject, but everyone is shit and hasn't done anything yet and it's due in a couple of days. And what one dude has done is crap, pretty much just repeats a law journal article (Who our lecturer actually wrote, and so it'll be bloody obvious), and the shit isn't even relevant anyway.
I've done my section, so I'm tempted to just give that to them so they can finish the rest together and I'll just do my own separate, although that's not allowed...

 

didn't get the job, it's cool though, I didn't want to move to the city the company is in. I'll just go look for a job once I get my degree

 

got a letter through my door, inviting me to apply for the masters degree in television production at the national film school in england.... they are guaranteeing me through to the interview stages.... i didnt even apply or know the course existed.... im even more confused now on what to do

Hi folks...it's me...Mandyland...use to be on here a lot...but then dropped off the face of the universe for awhile...now Im back...and pregnant...all too very much pregnant...about to take my maternity leave...THANK GAWD! Im getting to the point of this pregnancy where I just need to sit and wait the rest of it out. Oie. Anywho...been thinking about dreading again...I mean...might as well...while Im just sitting...and waiting to hatch a baby...meh. The only bummer is that my hair is the same length it was when I started my last set...just a little past shoulder length. I want zeh looong dreadies damnit. My hair stopped growing while preggers...Im afraid if I dread now it'll never grow again. Urgh. Ah heck. Im just talking outta meh arse now. Are you not amazed? I can drop off universes and talk outta my ass!

 

Thoroughly amazed, congrats Mandy, Glad to see things are going well, and welcome back, I cant imagine your hair will never grow again if you dread now. But its as good a time as any to go for it, especially cause you have the time to let the dreads be crazy
