I'd be fine with the rest of my body if my stomach and arms would lose some fat. I've lost 60 lbs but only a bit came from both those areas. At least now I have more of the hourglass figure I wanted but I'm starting to shock my metabolism with more exercise.

I hate when people complain about their bodies but don't do anything about what they can change.

Aside from losing weight (which is within most people's control to change. although there are exceptions), or basic things like keeping clean and tidy, how is it possible to actually "change" any part of your body without surgery? And some physical anomalies are beyond even surgical help.

I just said, "the things THAT CAN be changed" like weight or tone, and in general just being clean. I'm not talking about surgery or mutilation of any kind, just to clear that up.

I had a feeling that you meant that, I just wanted to be sure. lol

I would say that the vast majority of people who complain about their looks have no reason to do so. Either because there's nothing wrong with them in the first place, or because the things being complained about are things that can be changed.

Agreed. Imagine seeing yourself through someone else's eyes.

My kneecaps do this weird thing where they look like they don't attach to my leg correctly...they dip in, its weird and I can't explain it. I can correct it if I do a lot of yoga and leg stretches but I've been lazy lately..

and I fucked up my shoulder a few years ago by falling on it so now my collarbone kinda juts out and my neck alignment is all fucked up. That bothers me not because of the way it looks (you can't even tell unless you look closely) but because I have pretty much constant pain in my shoulder and neck.

Otherwise I like everything about my body, even my big feet and pasty white skin

If I was lucky enough to be born as someone with a normal body and physical features, and saw "myself" as someone else, I'd likely feel a lot of sympathy and sorrow for them, and be very thankful that I wasn't afflicted myself in such a way.
