No...I pretty much came to the decision a few days ago that they are becoming uncomfortable and that I'm ready for a fresh look. So, I'm going to comb. It took me two hours to comb one out gently with conditioner. How long did it take you ?
Yeah, I was using a metal flea comb. I'm thinking it'll take forever. Not as long as it took for them to lock up in the first place. Of course there will be pics!
Ohhh dude I thought you'd already brushed, ack 12am posting decision fail. Be prepared for a frizzy mess for a while, almost a year on, my hair is still damaged in places, mainly at the back where the meaty goodness was at. You'll look proper fit I am telling you. EDIT Bedtime! Fill me in on the gossip, why isn't Lux a mod anymore and other schitt. I'll be back tomorrow, missed you dirty hippies.
Yeah, I remember you mentioning the frizz when you first combed. It's crazy how the locks will perm your hair into a crimp. So, straightening doesn't help? Lux.. I dunno why she's not a mod anymore. I think she had some drama in her personal life though. Haven't talked to her a while.
I've deliberately not used any heat on my hair for the past 10 months because it'll never get healthier, only started re using the hair dryer in the past month. Regular cuts, once a month and deep conditioning once a week has helped my hair get back to it's almost pre dread state.
I can understand. But you had the besteses! You should get some good pictures before you make it happen. Puhlease..
Damn H ... hows things going, been missing the UK a heap of late, mrs bk has itchy feet again too; wouldn't be surprised if we're that side again in a year or so its just a phase, i've had 3 already and i bet there are peeps around here that will have way more in their time; my next phase will be when i go grey and it will be 100% atheist this time! (A)
Yeah, I plan on taking some good pics. I'm ready to take these things out NOW, but it's gonna take forever. Thank goodness for the patience I've learned from having these things in the first place.
to help my hair go back to pre dread state I mix 2 heggs + 1 tablespoon olive oil + 1 natural yogurt, pour it over my head, massage, wrap in hot towel, wait 15 minutes and wash as regular. It helps a LOT, hair is soft, shinny and is growing super fast
