If u want 2 b in a "internatinal community". www.ic.org. It'll give u names of international communities all over the world. Just spreading the word.

 

here's 1 that isn't on intentional communities www.dacres.org and it's in the same small town that I'm staying in now.

I just called a guy who really wants to sell here in the Casper, Wyoming area. He has 5 acres, a doublewide mobile home, a well and septic tank, and phone and electric all for only $35,000. I can handle the $35K but let me tell you about another property that I would really like to get! It has about 5000 acres and is only $1.3 million. Can you imagine that. Someone out there can do this deal. Let me know. If we can conceive it we can achieve it.
