I was watching National Lampoon's Vacation with some friends and there's a scene cousin Eddy's son brings out the magazines and asks "have you ever bopped your baloney." One of my friends grew up in a lower income family and he said that's somewhat true. He told me that he and his older brother both shared a stash of porn magazines and that masturbation was understood to be sort of an "entertainment" activity more than something you did because "you were really horny." He said that his friends would sometimes even flaunt the fact that they had a new magazine (although he affirmed that he never ever jacked off anywhere other than when alone). Do you think that people with less expendable income masturbate/have sex/look at porn more than people with more expendable income? It really makes sense because a lot of activities which can entertain you while you're alone cost money while porn is rather cheap (and now free) and masturbation costs only a tissue or two.
It makes sense. Masturbation and porn are a very good way to entertain yourself when you are bored, and having a low income can stop you from doing different activities, which can lead to boredom. But I also think people with more expendable income are likely to pay for porn when they can get it free.
no. men masturbate because they like to get off. i don't think income level has anything to do with it. also, having low income doesn't mean you're more likely to be bored. entertainment doesn't only come in the form of playstations, blueray and 7.1 surround sound you know. when i was growing up we tore down the whole countryside where i lived. no income necessary. just a bunch of friends and a wicked sense of life
