That's a pretty cool concept. How much of it is bullshit, we've yet to discover or may never know, though. It's not easy for even a bunch of really smart fish to accurately describe the universe from their aquarium.

Just to point out that quantum foam was a term invented to describe and conceptualize the fabric of spacetime, it's actually just the pithy surface of spacetime caused by the detonations of virtual particles and antiparticles.
