This event is coming up quick!

Things i would like to get some discussion on would be:
Camping destinations within reasonable range that people have experience with.
    -tent areas
    -rv areas (electricity and whatnot)
    -facilities
    ------whats good?!

Carpools - perhaps people will want to setup some carpools

*whatever else we come up with. -i will edit this as needed

On the event grounds is any camping allowed? if so what are the rules as far as what you can bring in? coolers and such.. are fires allowed..

*post your thoughts, whats a good place to camp out w/ other like-minded peoples?

Looking at the map of the venue.. it does not show where the "parking lots" will be. I can make a guess...
A friend bought some tickets that allow closer parking. We want to give these to another friend who would bring a big camper van. -a good place to go back to and chill for a bit ya know? But if this parking is far from the main areas.. whats the point.
We found some camping but its about 30 mins away. The show is only one night, but many of us want to go up Fri night, or Sat morning at least.. do a lill camping to spread out the fun.

They sound great, i heard some recent recordings & cant wait for the show!
