Where do you draw the line on litter?

    I get your point but I prefer my street to look like this

    but littering actually produces jobs.

    i normally see inmates picking up trash but i suppose theres sanitation departments and what have you MY B

    absolutely anything. the only time littering shouldn't be a felony is if there is no public receptical within a reasonable distance. throwing ANYTHING from a moving vehicle certainly ought to be. and the same goes for noise polution from recorded or broadcast "entertainment". (two nights in jail with their days spent on clean up details ought to be a fitting and appropriate punishment. none of this pay a fine and get out of it that way either)
