Well first id like to mention im a guy and i have extremly long hair so i wear a beanie to hold it out of my face but when i wear the beanie all day it makes my forehead break out and i think its because the beanie is trapping the oil and when i was my face the beanie puts the oil right back on my head. So im wondering how i can clean the oil out on a daily basis without completly washing it and getting it soken wet, because they take a few days to dry. So yea, how can i get the oil out of my beanie without completly washing it?

You could try blotting it with a paper towel. If you take it off at night, you could try washing it out and blotting it dry with a towel, then putting it somewhere where it could finish drying overnight (I'm thinking maybe a heat register, etc.). If it's made of wool, however, make sure you don't throw it in the dryer! (Wool could also make you break out; if that's the case, try to find one made of cotton or even bamboo.)

    Good luck!
