Bands u love but used to hate

I wouldn't say "hate", but I didn't used to have much time for the Stones.. Now, I really enjoy their '68-'72 period.

 

I use to hate Marilyn Manson too, but hes not so bad anymore. His song Last Day On Earth is great. Its actually the only song of his that i like.

 

Gorgoroth. Darkthrone. I didn't like the "nekro" sound of old-school black metal at all. Also, all the non-metal I listen to nowadays, I think. Well, I don't know if I really hated that but I didn't find it nearly as interesting as metal.

 

Rolling stones here too, but mick is still annoying

 

I used to think that the Stones were just a bunch of dirty, STD-ridden geezers...and then I actually listened to their songs & started to get into them.

 

keller williams - the first time i saw him i thought he was a total hack. he grew on me though, i like him now, though i don't think he's as fantastic as a lot of people say.

pink floyd, i used to REALLY REALLY HATE, and now it's a milder form of dislike (roger waters just bothers me) and i can respect the contributions to music they have made.

 

I wouldn't say I hated them, but I used to think that the Beach Boys were just cheesy surf rock. Then I listened to Pet Sounds...

 

Yea same. I used to think the Beach boys were too happy for me to listen to,but i love pet sounds its a classic.
