Rice milk is so nice and sweet and I've got a bad habit of finishing an entire carton on the one day which makes me feel like a pig. At least it's a whole lot better than doing the same for soft drink and it's good for calcium.

Is there something wrong with soy or something?

Soy milk is harder for some of us to digest and gents: it contains phyto-estrogen. Fine for the ladies, but for us?

Rice milk is tastier than soy, but when I compared it to almond milk, I think the almond milk has more protein and tastes just as good.

My body doesn't handle cow's milk real well. Not sure about goat milk, but I think the lactose in either one is the issue. I can eat cheese, yogurt, and drink buttermilk because the process of making these foods reduces the lactose.

have built up an intolerance for it and it curdles in your tea, plus most soy bean is GM modified and i prefer not to ingest GM modified foods.

Personally I've never had a problem with digesting soy milk and yeah I'll say that rice milk, oat milk, et ect tastes better anyway

i like oat milk, after trying them all it is by far my favorite.

the only concern to have about drinking a whole carton of rice milk is that unlike regular milk or even soy milk, I suspect it is HIGH in carbohydrates. Just a thought, not trying to burst your bubble.

for some people soy is somewhat dangerous. If you have any thryoid issues at all, soy is not good since soy mimics estrogen. For some autoimmune diseases, such as lupus, high levels of estrogen can cause more problems for the patient as well. For some people, soy is a perfectly good option, all our bodies are different. I have to stay away from soy, and this is the one thing keeping me from becoming a full fledged vegan.

I switched from soy milk to rice milk because it doesn't have the lumps in the bottom of the carton. But now I switched to mainly coconut milk.

I like rice milk, but when I read the side of the cartons, I could see that almond milk has more protein and fewer carbs and tastes at least as good.

Coconut milk sure tastes good, but I haven't seen the nutrition label on it.
    High fat?

I've tried different kinds of milks and I think almond is best. It's addictive, I may go through one carton on the same day.

I love rice milk too... Does snyone worry about the possibilty that rice products have high levels of arsenic, though?

Almond milk has the protein, but it's too lumpy for me. Looking at the label, coconut milk has 5g of saturated fat per serving, no carbs or protein.

Rice milk is good too. I haven't considered arsenic levels. Why would it have arsenic?

i usually drink almond milk if i'm going to go with any cow mily alternative, but i really like cow milk, some people think its yuck but i like it, and i have no desire to go vegan, just on occasion dairy doesnt sit quite right in my stomach and i have to lay off for a few weeks, im going to try rice milk, and as Perilless suggested, oat milk. Soy milk leaves a weird almost film in my mouth and tastes water and gross ugh

Soy milk and soy protein kinda turn my stomach (made me really sick when I was pregnant). Soy beans and tofu do alright in my tummy.

I like rice milk, but almond milk is my FAVES. The best was this homemade almond milk I got from this girl I used to work at whole foods with. It's AMAZING and a really easy recipe if you have a source for RAW almonds (most "raw" almonds are blanched, which doesn't work as well)
