Have You Ever Used A Dental Dam ?

This rubbery type of cover for using over the vagina area for giving / recieving oral sex, has anyone used a dental dam for their own personal reasons & willing to comment on the sensations they allow - positives & negative points.
Because my wife doesn't allow me to give her oral sex now , her own beliefs.
I gave it to her several years ago but she didn't like my mouth down there.

Noone can deny the STD protection factor offered by Dental Dams, however, I see Oral Sex as being even more personal than full blown penetrative sex, and while I would always use a condom when having sex with someone I didn't know, I don't think I could bring myself to use a Dental Dam.

The whole concept of using Dental Dams seems so impersonal, and vaguely insulting to your partner.

Well for one Star, a girl would be highly insulted if you asked to use a dental dam before oral sex, which means no one probably uses them or very rarely get used for oral. Leading to the 2nd problem, if someone were yo make such an item specific for women oral sex protection, it wouldn't sell because people don't use dental dams for oral sex.
