Does anyone out there know whether non-Native Americans are subject to local, state, and federal laws if they happen to reside on tribal land, or whether they are subject only to tribal law? Or does tribal law apply only to Native Americans? Just curious
I think you're probably right. Now if I could only prove my Cherokee ancestry (or my hubby's) that might help!
