McKenna predicted (calculated) a massive shift in consciousness in 2012.

 

I'd say something is happening for sure. But backing away from the mysticism and folklore for a second lets be realistic; there is no concrete proof that any otherworldy/extradimentional/spiritual event will occur in the next few years.

What we DO know however is that millions, probably billions, of people on the earth right now BELIEVE something is coming. That is a huge force in terms of cultural psychology, and you can see it reflected on the internet, in pop culture, movies, smoke session convos, etc.

With this kind of massive cultural force (I honestly think you can literally FEEL the global tension and awareness right now) people's decisions and actions are going to be highly influenced and directional. What I'm saying is that people will consciously choose to make different, perhaps revolutionary, changes in their behavior. This could obviously be very good or very very bad, but the fact is that we are already seeing the changes and it will only continue and probably accelerate.

HOUSTON – A recent report by Russian scientists says that an asteroid discovered in 2004 known as “99942 Apophis” will hit the earth on April 13, 2036 and basically release the force of 65 atomic bombs while unleashing 800’ tsunamis, you know Armageddon, Doomsday! NASA said back in 2004 that “99942 Apophis” could hit earth in 2029. NASA then revised its numbers and calculations and said never mind.

Now, Russian scientists are offering up the new date, April 13, 2036 and saying Apophis will hit earth. Apophis is a 900 foot long asteroid and should it impact earth, the results would be pretty darn bad. So, who you gonna believe, NASA or the Russians?

NASA does acknowledge that what the Russians say “could happen,” but is far from likely. the Russian News Agency, reports, "Apophis will approach Earth at a distance of 37,000-38,000 kilometers on April 13, 2029. Its likely collision with Earth may occur on April 13, 2036," Professor Leonid Sokolov of the St. Petersburg State University said.

I've been thinking pretty much the same thing as you recently, only time will tell.

 

I probably won't even be alive in twenty five years, so Apophis can suck it.

Since the start of the oil wars in the 80's there has been no respite. The free utopian future of the 1960's child has turned out to be dark and oppressive. We now live in a world where there is enough wealth and resources to feed clothe and educate every single human being on the planet and we don't! Over the last 20 years your average income earner now earns in real terms less than they did when they started out! The fat cats get richer and the masses haven't a chance.

The "Illuminati" could just be like a self-fulfiling prophecy.I find it hard to believe in a secret order perpetuating itself through history.You're right about the Rothschilds though -they really did say those kind of things.( Op.) It could be that there,is,more likely a kind of holistic universal conspiracy that we just happen to be experiencing,for no real consequence - and certainly no being such as "Satan".Remember there is also a lot of good in the World,and good people trying to do good things for the people and the planet.It's just that the disruptive negative stuff seems to have a magnified presence because it cuts through the fabric of society in such a strong way.
