hey all, well here it goes, i have been a player since i was 17 long time ago now, got married at 19 slept with my ex wife mate, then went onto seeing that many differen't girls over the years to be honest i have lost count how many times i have cheated, it cost me my marriage in the end, yes i was very stupid i know that, i work as a personal bodygaurd in the uk and abroad and well it's never a problem girls just hit on me probably cause of my job not my looks, the problem now is because i have played the game i can't seem to trust anyone i get into a relationship with, i am not a player now but due to i did play ive done all the excuses in the book to cover my tracks and now when i do get into a relationship i can't trust that person for example if i am with someone and say they brake a date or get a text i automatically think there cheating, how the hell do i get to trust and not think everyone is like how i use to be, have no idea if this will make sense to anyone

There is unfortunately no quick fix for this. You have done wrong and now are paying the consequences. But at least you know you have been wrong and can go about fixing that. Honestly it sounds like you have bounced from girl to girl constantly and have issues that need to be sorted out in yourself. I think you just need to be alone for a while, take some space to sort your life out before you can even think about introducing someone else into it.

You will be fine, just take it slow and enjoy some solidarity. I think you need to learn to trust yourself again. Hope it goes well!
