www.anonymitychecker.com I have scripts disabled SO IT DIDNT PULL UP ANYTHING It tries to scare you by saying "You are quite visable with scripts disabled" WHICH IS BS!!!!!!! If you have scripts DISABLED you successfully block almost all spam ads, tracking stuff,etc..... HAVING SCRIPTS DISABLED IS MUCH BETTER THAN ALLOWING THEM!!!! I then enabled scripts and went to the page.... STILL NOTHING WAS PULLED UP
Having scripts disable blocks a lot of the spam, ads, etc. that you received -- but that doesn't effect what you put out too too much. My computer is not very anonymous at all -- but I knew that already. Thanks for the link!
I checked my anonymity once, and instead of getting the pinnacle Guy Fawkes mask award... I got the Bart Simpson
well apparently im very far from where I actually am thats one thing i like about how my provider has their servers set up my ip location is not even near me lol
Thats fucking lame. The only thing that is pulling up is shit your browser NEEDS to tell websites so they can display pages properly and related shit. It isn't pulling up a goddamn thing that even remotely identifies you, unless of course if for some reason some LE or piracy shmucks hassle your ISP for specific personal info. Damn Dude111, paranoid much? If you really want to see how secure your shit is try these tests; http://www.grc.com/intro.htm Click on the Shields up logo and then on the next page select "services>Shields Up!" from the top bar and then go ahead and try running the tests. They are the links on the silver bar; File Sharing, Common Ports, Service Ports, etc. The site tests your ports and stuff to see how vulnerable your system/network is to outside infiltration, a much bigger concern then if someone can figure out what city you live in based on your IP, which is actually really easy to do. There are several other security tests and apps on the site, so it is one to spend some time looking around and trying some of the stuff out. My system passes completely and I'm invisible to everyone/thing beyond my router, which is what you want.
