Assuming that the theory behind it is sound, the biggest obstacle would then be to focus and direct the EM pulse nearly to a point; this is nearly impossible for any target without a direct line of sight. To me things make sense when the mechanisms of how they work are explained. Something is wrong with videos or lectures who wont go into detail about HOW it works. Perhaps HAARP is an instrument played by angels providing an electro-magnetic webwoven network of waves that support the flight of flying saucers, but no matter what it is I am not too stupid to understand if explained in detail to me.

If it cant be explained then I have to consider fraud as the most likely reason why, as even the deepest secrets are exposed these days.
Lauren Moret? is a physicist? who claims HAARP was used at Fukushima, but as a scientist she would be able to explain at least some of the basic
mecanisms of this technology's function.

educate yourself people... apparently they can read our thoughts and also make frequencies to make us feel and act a certain way... If it works on sound waves, it might explain why thousands of birds have died over night... My personal theory is that they have designed a weapon that uses sound waves to distroy.... much like how an oprera singer shatters a glass....when the wave is timed to go from one opening of a cavity and come back and hits another wave it shatters the glass... I think they have been experimenting on animals all around

OK - this is different than HAARP - but still, very interesting....and how much they really do understand they could be messing up with this. But ya' know....science must go on, right?
Anyway, what I'm getting to is the book/movie "The Men Who Stare at Goats". It indicates that varying types of technology have been used at least since the 50's, definitely the 60's...in attempts just to see what can be controlled. Different type of waves (sound waves being especially useful) can have all kinds of "effects".

All these things are most useful in warfare, and/or brain-washing/brain-control.

 

to reiterate, chaotic boundary conditions in the resonant cavity between the surface and space make it practically impossible to focus a waveform over such distances that the earth's curvature becomes a problem.
