i am on the ferry .over to the island....this weed is so stinky that a popo could smell it from the next lane on the highway...close one today...popo nailed me speeding but couldnt turn around because of transports behind me

 

^ cops must be everywhere today, i swear i must have seen 20+ today just driving to Vancouver and back. I saw 6 at one time because of some accident though, but still thats a lot.

 

so on the ferry there is room for 55 cars......for the most part it is a very social situation while waiting in line...everyone knows each other.....and there is an etiquette for going on the ferry at night...turn your fucking head lights out.

..it is pitch black out on the water...they dim the lights on the ferry and it can be very peaceful and even surreal...i listen to the colllege radio station because queens university is right on the water also...

..tonight i was the first car on the right lane...right at the front...i boarded last and there was only about 10 vehicles...so the second car parked on my left leaves her fucking lights on for the whole trip.

..i wanted to get out and just end this fucking bitch...heave her right the fuck overboard..'''take that you ****''....ruin my fucking trip on the ferry...her fucking light was in my mirror the whole way....i said a few choice expletives as we disembarked....she even rolled down her window to hear what i had to saying .........hopefully she isnt married to some huge biker dick.......

also while i am at it....dude in the white former cop car with the official looking antenna and the fbi sticker on the back...everyone knows you arent a cop...you look ridiculous in that stupid car

there was this dude at the gas station he says needs money for some gas only has this bag of roach weed, said it was some fire shit though. I felt sorry for the guy and the bag of weed was kinda green and stinky skunk like, so i gave him 8dollars cause thats all I had, and now Im high as fuck on that shit.. actually smoked 1/2 joint and put it out , good weed. its not really that roachy at all. smells like partly burned in a blunt.. but its basically some dro. high ramble..

 

ugh off to work. going in a bit early and staying a bit late to make up some of the hours i missed on monday and tuesday because i was too anxious to go to work. feeling good now though.... i leave for thunderbay in the morning. still need to rent a car for when i'm up there - i can't believe how cheap it is. $9.99/day for a small car in thunderbay.

morning all....

I had hopes that all the snow would be gone this morning but it didn't happen...

A while after we went to bed last night, it poured buckets of rain... it was so loud it woke both of us up. Unfortunately, that only last for about 5 minutes, then it stopped raining...


oh well, another couple of days before the snow melts....

 

thunder bay is over a thousand k from haliburton.....and we got hit with rain too last night....thunder and lightning special effects...heading outside to fire one up

 

fuck yeah! supposed to be 74* today.. it reached 70* yesterday.. i'm glad i can move my arm this morning.. that means more fishing later today

 

spotted this guy the other day while we were out hiking.. he was maybe the size of a quarter.. a little bigger... Believe it is a Northern Spring Peeper..

 

very cool...we get these tiny little frogs here...they might even be toads....they are brown but not shiny......i killed a bullfrog when i was about 9...it has bothered me for 43 years

 

One road in town.. when it rains heavy in the summer time.. they will chill in the road at night... and you'll see hundreds of them jumping everywhere as you're driving..

 

and its damned impossible to not squish a bunch of them and then the next day they are all over the road dead...i was surprised at how fast they decompose and become road

 

yeah they are gone by the morning.. im guessing a lot of animals take advantage of the all you can eat frog buffet
