Tripping on a bus

I'm going on a 14-hour bus ride soon with a friend and we are both LSD enthusiasts.

We have been toying around with the idea of dropping a tab each before getting on the bus. Of course we would take along sunglasses and our fully charged Ipods, along with benzos and perhaps some space cakes. You don't get checked for anything when boarding a bus in our country.

Has anybody ever done something like this?

 

Tripped on a train once....but was only a 3 hour ride till I stepped off in NYC for the first time.

 

My most similar experiences to that are taking dxm before a 2 hour airplane ride and experiencing the latter half of a 2ce trip on a 1 hr long trolley ride.

When I think about that 2ce trip, a 14 hour bus ride on LSD sounds terrible, seems like it would just be a grueling, really constricting trip. But I guess if it's just a moderate strength tab and you got your benzos and music you may enjoy it.

Is there not anywhere you can trip at the place you are going too?

 

Absolutely, this idea is only to not get bored on the bus ride

 

Wait to drop until your on the bus if you do.
It would suck to get on a bus if there was some cops or trannys and you have to stare at them tripping for 14hrs

 

i've thought about a low dose while a passenger in a 6 hour car ride, but i've never done it.

 

I don't think I would be able to remain seated for that long on acid. There would be a possibility of me saying "fuck this bus and all it's wickedness," and wandering off during a stop. Hitching sounds like a more enjoyable trip.

 

I would say a car ride is a different thing with friends. But even then, think how sore you might get on LSD and how often you might shiftm positions.

 

I've done it on an average length bus ride, it's very boring. Save it for a time when you have some freedom.

 

seeing the Dead in philly, getting on a train to get on a plane back to pgh tripping.. conductors on philly trains are nice..

 

I wish I had some money. I'd buy an acerage and trip in nature without worrying about general public bothering me.

The people in 'the Magic bus' seemed to have a good time on the bus but they were all friends. i don't think it would work if regular folks are also on board. People tend to pick up on signs and energy of trippers.

 

just take the space cakes, benzoz and pass out the latter 4 hours of BUS the trip. Save the LSD for a more fun experience?

 

sounds like a waste of lsd. I personally would not enjoy that kind of experience.

 

I think you guys talked some sense into me, I'll stick to the other goodies until I'm off the bus. I've probably watched Fear and Loathing too many times...

 

youll prolly hate your life being confined to a bus while peaking. i rode in a car for maybe an hour once while peaking and boy howdy was that an uncomfortable ride. i was with my friends and listening to music, it didnt really alleviate the fact that we were driving through security checkpoints all which had cops.. lots of cops..

I felt cramped, hot, and paranoid (because of the cops).. it really was not an enjoyable experience at all. i got to the venue we were going to and just wanted to find some comfort being stationary and being able to stretch out. i basically tried to take a nap at like +3.5 hours cause i was so mentally exhausted after all the stress in the car. i thought my trip was over because i thought i actually was sleeping.. but it wasn't. i just wanted it to mingle with the crowd, but found myself having a very uncomfortable trip.

The bus is no place to trip imo

Don't use LSD to kill boredom. Read a book.
