Caught having sex in a car/parking lot?

my boyfriend and i were having a great night and decided to find a spot to park, after looking around the city we just found whatever empty parking lot was nearby and we stopped in front of a school. it was desserted and really dark, around 2 in the morning. our tops were off and we were fooling around and the cop came before we actually had sex.

he told us to get out and told us what we were doing was wrong, in front of a public school, etc etc. he then found weed in my bfs car which made me more scared because my bf had more than i thought. after searching his car and continuing to make uneccessary, biggoted comments and making it seem like we were in a lot of trouble, he calls for another cop to come to check our ids and stuff. on top of that my bf was just giving him attitude which didn't seem to make things better, but when he came back with my bfs id, he was all like "i dont know why but i like you kid, i'll let you go". then he was suddenly nicer and talked to us with more respect. it didn't make sense however i'm thankful nothing happened.

has this happened to anyone before?

and also, one of the cops took down our names, phone numbers and address. but that was it... despite having said that they "let us go" what was the info for? do they do this when they only give out warnings? i live in canada btw

are your boyfriend's parents important people in the community?

maybe they were just impersonating officers and they're planning to break into your houses and steal your weed now.

 

I got caught getting it on by a cop at a local park and ride and he just asked if we were being safe and using protection, and then left. He was surprisingly cool about it.

 

he shouldnt have been allowed to search the vehicle.. know the law!

and nope..Ive never had that problem...Im not stupid enough to put myself situations like that

 

they probably took your info down so that if they ever get tangled up with you again they will come down harder
