To go or not to go, that is the question.

long story short, im an idiot.

i have 2 options.

1. Go to Probation and fail a drug test (i have had about 25 clean ones in a row, which is a record for me)
2. DONT show up to Probation for the THIRD week in a row.

i really cant decide what i want to do, and some insight is appreciated.

Well, you haven't been showing up at all three times, and missing one is a violation.

I'm sorry to say it but you probably have a warrant for your arrest. Going in to fail will not only get you arrested on the spot, but could also add another charge to your sentencing in court.

But I know how it is man, I'm on probation at the moment too and it sucks.

 

Seeing as how you're already fucked you might as well just not go until the weed is out of your system. That's what I'd do.

 

True, to a degree. However he will be placed in custody if he goes.

Another tip, whatever you do don't stay at your own house. Your PO will be looking for you.

In for a nickel, in for a dollar. You're already late. But pot is easy to flush from your system. Find some cleaner. You're going to be in deep shit when ever you finally do show up.

You could ask for help for addiction problems. Submit that as a reason for a failure to comply with the terms of parole.

The more you seem vulnerable and cooperative, the less the system wants a piece of your hide.

The reason being,

The criminal justice system exists for the mitigation of fear, not the administration of justice.

Although laws on books are statutory, they are choreographed by persons.
Inside of the system and hidden by misunderstanding, are the people dealing with your case.

 

If they want to drug test you then just tell them you're dirty for cannabis..and that you have a weed problem..but then they will put you in a program...so either way you're fucked.

 

Maybe I don't know the backstory, but am I the only one wondering WHY you didn't just show up the first time??

 

find some clean piss or buy an additve you have to see your po. hidin it,ll be more trouble
