I've got rhythm!

    What is your circadian rhythm? Mine keeps me up (like now!) until at least 3-5 a.m. lets me sleep about twelve hours and stay awake twelve it is a pain when work and school roll around.

    yeah i hear ya, lately i'm up until about 6am, i sleep til about 1pm, and do it all over again. good thing i'm done with school though.

    I never can get to sleep until about 3-4 unless vastly chemically induced. It sucks when you just really wanna get to bed :( poo

    my natural rythm is going to bed at 2 and waking up at about 9. but with that being impossible I susually go to bed at 2 and wake up at 6 or 7 if I don't have class.

    it feels like i always get 8 hours of sleep. Doesnt matter what time i go to bed, but i always wake up 8 hours later. Sometimes im to lazy to get out of bed, so it ends up being 10-12 hours total of sleep,
