Hello there! I'm not going to post my real name, but you can call me by my nickname (and username), JJ.
I am currently questioning my sexuality. I'm going through a very strange situation that I haven't told anyone about, and I joined this forum because I could seriously use some help.
I am 16 years old and I go to a Catholic high school, and although it's a wonderful school, most of the teachers are homophobic.
Unfortunately, I have a boyfriend. He tells me every day that he loves me and I have never said it back to him! Which must be very painful for him...
I am quite terrified and confused at this point in my life, but I have a really good feeling about this forum. I've been looking for something like this, a safe community where I can just spill it all and get some advice and not be judged.

Questioning your sexuality at this age is very normal. Don't feel pressured though to put any labels yet. You have too much future (and lots of experiences) ahead of you.
If you don't like your boyfriend then you should break up with him. It is not good for you and it is not good for him to stay in a relationship without fun and love.
Catholic shools can be very conservative -not only in relation to sexual orientation. The good thing though is that school is almost over for you
To be confused means that you try to understand. This is good! Other people don't even bother.
