I have bought some diamorphine amps. I have some 10mg and some 30mg. I've never used diamorphine beforre, I've tried morphine and oxycontin. Morphine I'd usually take about 20mg and feel 'nice' and with the oxycontin I'd take maybe 10/15mg. This is just swallowing or chewing the tablets. I know it doesn't sound a lot but I'm only small and underweight. What dose would you start out with the diamorphine? and would you IV it or IM it or what?
How do you take your morphine? As I was stating somewhere else, about 3-4x as strong (or so) as morphine, so would want it to be lower than your morphine intake, and if morphine is orally, then the conversion is even harder as injected 3-6mg of morphine was starting dose but I've also seen 30mg of morphine orally as a starting dose, as conversions make sense, but also does the 'starting' factor too. I would try maybe 1-5mg of it IV slowly pushing the plunger, but with lots of water to dilute, but would just be very careful, I'm not medically licensed to say what would be good, as 30mgIV is rated as a very high dose. I found this very handy for other substances but here you go: Diamorphine (for pain) If pt not receiving oral morphine[no/low tolerance], 10-20 mg per 24 hrs, or total oral dose in mg in last 24 hours divided by 3. Prescribe one sixth of total 24 hour dose for breakthrough pain. Thank you for the web link you supplied us with :2thumbsup: I tried 5mg first, into a muscle. That took about 10 mins to hit me but when it did it was a nice mellow buzz. MUCH better than any morphine I have ever taken. It stayed for about 4 hrs before wearing off. I got dreaded itchies with it though my whole body especially my face was itching like crazy. Over the next few days I've been experimenting with the diamorphine. On day two I decided to try it in my vein. My first dose was 7.5mg, slowly pressed it in with 0.8ml of water. All I can say is WOW this is the best opiate I've ever tried. It hit me so fast and the only way I can describe it is as an all over bodily orgasm. HEAVEN. Four hours later I took another 7.5mg. I had a break for a day because of work but yesterday I had more. this time I had 12.5mg in the first hit and wow. It might have been a bit too much for me, I couldn't move for a while but once I couldI felt amazing. I don't want this stuff to run out

well I'm glad you have pure (and apparently clean H) but awesome you found your perfect dose! Though I'd give hella cash for it, though I'd straight IV it, IM is too slow and not fast enough, though congrats on your find!
Out of interest how much is this stuff worth? Say a 30mg amp, a 10mg amp? in £ if possible but I can convert.. I actually got it from a relative who sadly passed away. It was left in their house.
