....janis joplin....very outstanding performer i thought....she had songs that are soo kick a$$....like "i need a man in my life"......that was brilliant.....:H

 

JANIS JOPLIN ROCKS!!! I like Half Moon, Try, Piece of my heart and alot more.

Oh, and Janis Joplin, the person and the artist, is over-rated. She doesn't sing, she just wails. Fucking obnoxious.

Janis Joplin was fabulous!!!!!!

 

Janis Joplin was one-of-a-kind. I've never seen a woman put so much raging, almost convulsive power into her vocals. I get that "Piece of My Heart" song stuck in my head for eons at a time.

 

I love Janis Joplin. she had a beautiful soul.
