What Size Is Too Small

The reason I'm asking this question is because pretty sure almost all guys have the feeling in the back of there head that there to small and the girl want like it. So what size is to small. What size is perfect.

If you are having good sex, you are not too small for your partner

If you are not having good sex... you should probably do something about that
