blinds and shades should switch names. wouldn't the thing you pull down over your window that blocks everything be a blind and the thing you can adjust with the little turning stick be shades because you can control the light they let in?

 

Tints of a color are lighter.. So why do you 'tint' your windows when you make them darker?

 

Downs should be called Ups
