Clarification of the third eye sensation.

Ok, i've asked this on another thread (not posted by me), but i figure i'd get better answers in a new thread. My question is, where exactly is this warm or vibrant sensation supposed to take place? Most of you know that the pineal gland is referred to as the third eye, this brings alot of confusion for me. Does this sensation take place literally in your head where the gland is located? Or on the center of your forehead.

 

I'm no expert but for me it's always been behind and below the sinus area, hard to pinpoint it exactly though. Pretty much where the Pineal is I believe.

 

Anyone else agree with this? I'm confused because i've seen people say they've felt it on their forehead also. Sorry but this confusion has kinda brought me to a halt, i need some insight please .

 

About half and inch to an inch above the eyebrows on the forehead. You can feel it both on the skin and deeper inside the brain.
