well it just seemed that you really wanted to make sure everyone knew your opinion on how YOU thought of Radiohead because you went through the trouble of posting twice about it. It just seemed to me that you were trying to convince somebody of something.

what is the definition of true art? that just doesn't make sense. Art is free of form. Art can look different to everybody...

 

I'm not a hater either but I never enjoyed listening to this band. I guess it's just not my kind of rock at all. I'm sure it's not rubbish since I know people with developed music taste that dig Radiohead but it's a seriously uninteresting sound to me.

 

True, but if we compare bands, we can discover that there are far better bands out there than RH or Porcupine Tree.....just check out sites like last.fm and Myspace to find out....too much rappin' on these 2 bands while other bands are making serious music!:afro:

 

I have been talking to people who stated that there is nothing worthwhile out there other than Radiohead and Porcupine Tree.....short-sided and narrow-minded is what I call them!:bobby::sunny:

 

Yep, that sounds about just as narrow-minded as people stating opinions about taste as fact.

 

I see facts in non sales ond non commercial products that have TRUE talent and not just because one "lobby" or radio or side wants to push a product / artist!!!!

Dude I write and record music every single solitary day i don't put it out there i share it with my friends and family really thats it, I consider myself an artist in every sense of the word. Music is the most beautiful thing in the world.
Don't let the pressures of society get to you, you don't have to be too pretentious to enjoy some obviously well written, well played, and far the fuck out awesome music. Not trying to be a dick, but seriously love this band, along with thousands of other bands, but love ya.

Uh, I like plenty of other music and music that is less well known, but is that any reason why I shouldn't also love Radiohead?
