methadone is an awesome buzz

so ive done all the pills u could possibly think of.ive done boatloads of h but the best buzz i have ever gotten has been methadone does anyone else feel the same?or what do you think about the buzz methadone gives you?

 

and ive heard people say you dont get buzzed off of methadone which is total bullshit ill be the first to say you can and its a long lasting high i would take my dogs for 3 hour walks then come home and clean the house and thats after working 8 hours

 

Yes, it acts the in a similar way as opiates. Be careful.

 

I agree with you. I don't do drugs anymore but if I was gonna relapse methadone would be what I want.

 

Then what the hell is wrong with me then ,,lol.I got tons of methadone and cant stand it.I like oxy and hydro,liked H the one time I tried a bump.But 'done just makes me tired and sleepy.No fun to it at all,hell I'd trade 10mg 'dones for 10mg hydro all day long lol.Guess diffrent strokes for different folks tho huh.

 

I've tried 2 kinds; one was like a cough syrup and the other was like a pill crushed and mixed with kool aide. They were both a small fraction of the dose that the friend (in recovery) took and both got me high as a kite (the cough syrup was better though)

It makes a world of a difference if you're not addicted to opiates when you take it

 

I've only actually tried it once, but I caught a hell of a nice buzz from it that lasted over 12 hours, so I was impressed with it. I'd be careful though, the wd's from that shit last a long time.

 

Yeah the liquids better to me to. I hear alot of people don't like done but it gets me going 100 mph! The WD's are a bitch though, I was sick for 2 months when I quit going to the clinic until I relapsed out of misery. So yes be careful with it.

 

I have never tried Methadone, but I would like to. Everyone is different though. I have to say that vikes don't do much for me, but oxy's do. I would have to do 60mg of vikes for the same buzz for 30 mg of oxy's. Some people say methadone does nothing for them, the next person says they rock.

 

how did they detox you from the clinic?why did you decide to stop?

 

Iwas very stupid and wanted off immediately. I was on like 100mg's and I went down 1mg per day tell I was at 50mg's and it sucked hardcore. I was WD'ing so bad I said Fook it and quit cold turkey at 50 mg's. I don't recommend that method for nobody.
It would've took a year or maybe 2 to get off properly. They wanted me to drop 1 mg a week tell I was off but at 100 mg that's 100 weeks. If I had to do it again I'd go straight to suboxone. If you do subs right the WD's aren't to bad at all other then sleep lose for me.

 

I am on Suboxone so I wouldn't be able to try Methadone 'for fun' without having to ween down on the Subs, but, nonetheless, it is one opioid I hope to try at some point in my life. It sounds amazing from all I have heard.

I think subs work better because their alot easier to get off then done. Get on the stripts, their pretty much abuse proof if that's what your looking for. Subutex is alot better but were to easy to abuse for me cause I wanted clean. Methadone works but it's a bitch to get off. I weened myself down to .125mg of subs and got off very easy. 4-5 days of mild stomach issues and sleep lose.

 

when you say you abused them i take it you can get high off them then?i dont know much or anything about subs but some guy was telling me in jail that he took one sub not sure what mg and the next day he took a half and he didnt have to worry about wds after that is that just bullshit?

 

the regular subs and subutex are easy to abuse. i hear of alot of people doing quick detoxs with subs and i hear it does work. ive never done it but i believe most people do like a 2 week detox on then gradually reducing the amount as you go day to day. i dont think 2 days would be enough for the average addict. i no the doctor i got my subs from did quick detoxs as well so thatd make me think its possible as well as hearing many people who have done it. start a thread about quick sub detoxs and i bet someone with first hand experience will come along. good luck man.....

First time i did methadone i was high as a kite. But i was also just starting opiates back then. But once you start doing it recreationaly it loses all of its magic for most and feels less and less as an opiate buzz.

 

Methadone got me a really really nice (long) high when I didn't need it for being sick. The only other times I took it is when I was going to the meth clinic and needed it and it just kept me well (as it's supposed to do)... and yea i stayed clean better from being on meth then on subs ... because you can sell the subs for bags... etc. (glad i dont need any of it anymore tho) but yea, i do like methadone.
