150 mgs oral at 8:15 (or 45 mins before band you want to see) and then the rest, share with a friend/aquaintance, take it ~3 hr mark, or save it for another evening.
if im not feeling a redose i'll save it, everyone else will be rolling so no point in giving it away, but perhaps ill be nice enough to give it to a random person. thanks for the advice
