Why Salvia is NOT for everyone...

I went to my local head shop looking for salvia. I don't know why, I guess I thought it was worth a try?? It was expensive... and buy one get one free. Whatever, no big deal, right? That's normal. Anyway. I try it with my friend and I had a great time the first time. I fell over laughing and started turning into a jungle. blah blah crazy salvia story. The second time I saw the typical painful lines and my world tilted. why would anyone do this to themselves? because it only lasts 5 minutes? that is bullshit. it's probably a good thing it only lasts for 5 minutes, who knows what would happen if it lasted for 5 hours.

I gave it to my friend, who wanted it. She was willing to pay with cash. I gave it to her for free, and a week later she threw it away! She never wants to try it again.

Don't smoke salvia kids. You won't like it.

I appreciate Salvia quite a bit, It's one of the most pecuilar, interesting psychedelic experiences there is. But it definitely can be very overwhelming and not necessarily fun.

 

Nobody said it was supposed to be "fun"..... If they did, they don't know what they are talking about.

 

Yeah, I was being a bit harsh I guess. It is to be respected and learned from. I'm even a little afraid of it's power. It's very similar to LSA, which is interesting, but not 'fun' like it's cousin, LSD. or sister or whatever

 

Salvia Divinorum was never meant to be used by the masses of "party kids" to have fun with (no offence intended or applied) Do some research on where it came from and the shamans that grew it and you will see it, like so many of these other misused plants, were/are very spiritual entities not to be trivialized. This goes for most of these plants and fungi guys are messing with these days...
