Hello my name is Katelyn! 16. Sophomore. United States. Straight. I love to be unique… most of the time I go out of my way to be. Once you get to now me, you will realize that I am CRAZY!!! But, I do know how to settle down when there’s a time to be. I hate being like everybody else, and I’m so glad that God made me the way I am. But just like everybody else, I get insecure sometimes; I’m not gonna lie. I have many of the same problems that everybody else does; I’m just trying to get through them the best that I can without going insane! Music is my passion. I love it because it can always describe how I’m feeling; it helps me recognize what is in my heart. It is my dream to become a singer one day. I also love to play guitar and write songs. Umm… I really don’t know what else to write, except that I’m a teenager, but not so typical. XD Here are some random things that make me, me: I am obsessed with my lips; they always need to be moisturized, or I go crazy! I love going on road trips, but in order for them to be amazing they need to be complete with yummy snacks, great music, fun people, and a supply of Arizona Green Tea or McDonald’s sweet tea. I love pretty much all kinds of music; some of my favorites are Avril Lavigne, Jason Castro, The Beatles, Indie, the 50's-and some mainstream of today, but not much, and Glee. Along with that, I love the show Glee! I love cartoons from the 90’s, early 2000’s; my only exception to this is Adventure Time and The Regular Show. I love pretty much all kinds of movies, ranging from the Little Mermaid to Twilight. I love reading! Well, if it’s a good book. XD Some of my favorite books are the Twilight Saga and the Princess Diaries Series… I pretty much like love stories with humor and action mixed into it. I love shopping (well when I have money to spend, otherwise it is just torture!). I love to go crazy and have fun! I love animals, I’m a vegetarian... Figures. XD I love performing! Concert Choir, singing and acting are all what I love to do! And I love the idea of love in general; you will see on my blog that most of my posts have to do with love. Some days I am daring and wear my heart on my sleeve; whereas, other days I grieve over the memory of someone I miss… Just check out my blog if you ever want to know what mood I’m in. Anyway, I think that everything good can be traced back to love; if we practiced more acts of love than hate, the world would be a much better place.. wouldn’t it?
