Big areolas are attractive on some women- I'm thinking of one I've known right now.

I know i'm a girl but i asked my boyfriend and he told me that big areolae usually ruin boobs but that if he was with a girl he loved and she had big areolae he wouldn't care but that he might not pay them the attention he would if they were small, pink and cute.
I think if i had big ones i would get surgery too just because they get bigger after having kids and i wouldnt want gargantuan so maybe you should?

    Oh jesus.

I'm going to start a group for women and men who love large areola and are proud of them.

I have big areloas and not once since my teenage years has any male said my areloas were too big and if they did they would be shown the way out.

    ladies love your areloas

I am quite surprised how many people prefer small ones. I never really brought the topic up with my friends before, but I always assumed all men were like me and found large areolas on sizable breasts to be their favorite. Now I feel a bit weird knowing that I might actually might be in the minority opinion. Oh well: women whose boyfriends are unsatisfied with their feminine trait of larger areolas, I am single and ready to mingle. Haha.

this thread has about 90 replies, and maybe 2 or 3 said that they actually prefer small ones. i don't think you fully understand the meaning of "minority."

It depends on the tits really. It is all about proportion.

I was with a girl once with maybe B sized tits an her areolas were enormous.... like 75% of her tit was areolas. It sorta freaked me out.

Give me a rosebud nipple anytime.

big ones only get bigger during pregnancy

    surgery is always an option

didnt know size mattered for them too.
Although personally I preffer lighter ones to darker ones.

Put it to a vote, if you're still not convinced. I vote that they are every bit as attractive as small ones. One man's "eww saucers" is another man's "oohh yeah". I love the fact that there's such a wide range of areolae sizes and shapes - it's always a lovely surprise no matter what.

Not that I owe any of y'all an explanation or update but for those who are interested in knowing, I've already visited 2 different surgeons, 1 in state and another in the state I go to school in and they both said I qualify for a reduction and could have it done. The one in the state I go to school will run $3800 and the surgeon from my home state will cost $4700 I think he said).

Now I just need to set aside a date. I wish I had chosen spring break to have it done but unfortunately I did not and it's too late.

Putting me or my decision down is not going to change my mind or my decision to have surgery. I know it must feel good to put other people down for wanting to make a change in their life and it must feel great to act condescending and as if you've never been insecure. I never said I was the first or last person to feel insecure about my breasts or areolas, but it's gotten to the point of needing surgery. It's easier said than done to say "get over it." Everyone sympathizes with the girl with small breasts or the girl with no ass, but me, I'm just expected to "get over it" on here. Well, congratulations, you can take that attitude elsewhere because I don't care.

I initially used this site as a way to hopefully get over how I felt, but honestly, I was surprised by the attitudes on here. I'm magically supposed to get over how I feel because y'all say so. Well, that's not how it works. I've been told both in my private life and online(other forums I frequent), the complete opposite of what's been said on here. I'm not sure why I, or anyone else on here, would have expected a few opposing opinions on here to change how I felt and what I've been told since I was about 15 or 16. The surgery does exist for reason. It's not like girls who get surgery grow up to grow old and alone, contrary to the popular internet belief. The world doesn't stop just because a girl has gotten implants, a reduction, a nipple or areola reduction, scars or not. Maybe I'm just a little too accepting, but I don't judge people by their decision to get surgery, wear makeup, wear extensions or do whatever makes themselves feel better. I realize it's common internet behavior to do so, but that's not how I am, especially since in the real world these things are overshadowed by the big picture.

Anyways, maybe I'll update after the surgery or maybe I won't. I see no point since I'm just assuming the majority don't care or aren't interested, in which case, fine. Best of luck to all of you.
