I luv butter. God help you if you put light butter on my bagel, god help you. I like my butter heavy n salted, BUTTER Talk. Whats yer favorite brand?
I love butter a lot... but I have recently become allergic to dairy, so no more butter for me. It is a sad world.
butter is great , i could eat it raw but i suck so bad at spreading it in the bread that i gave up using it with time ...
When living in Canada on a remote organic farm, we used to churn butter by placing the cream/milk in jars and strapping them loosely to the face of a trampoline. The children would then have a great time playing on there, while churning butter at the same time. It produced a beautiful yellow butter that was just heavenly on freshly baked rolls with a little salt....mhmmm my mouth is watering at the memory.
butterface my grandfather used to eat butter...like just grab a fork full and eat it like that he died of a heart attack
I only use butter. Salted unless I am baking and it calls for unsalted. This happened to a friend of mine but she is able to have any dairy that is from goat or sheep without issues.
I don’t use it that often but when I do it’s usually on a baked potato, popcorn, or corn-on-the-cob :2thumbsup: H
Dairy for me is a very rare treat. Butter, milk, cheese, cream, ice cream, etc. is off limits normally.
I've raised my Holstein from a calf. Only feeding it organic hay and grains. When I milk her I only use surgical stainless steel containers. The I use my great great grandfathers butter churn he brought over from the ole country. Then it is only refrigerated in a custom built stainless and oak refrigerator. Of course it can only be served at 34.7*F for true butter flavor.
Yeah, I can have sheep and goat's milk as well, but it is pretty expensive. I can't use the fake butter's either because they are made with soy oil and I am allergic to soy as well. I guess I need to learn to make my own goat's milk butter :2thumbsup:
