So Here's the deal as I see it. Theres a whole lot of the picture missing here I suspect. For someone contemplating the change I know there is a lot of soul searching, mental and emotional trauma as well as social fear. So this person decides to experiment with the idea as is recommended for people considering a change. He gets up the nerve to see what it would be like to have a penis and wears one. For whatever personal reason he decides to tell someone perhaps to see what the reaction will be. Perhaps looking for support or maybe just get some kind of social feedback.

I would say it took a lot of balls to try this but jeezus can you imagine where that line would go. Regardless he should have been seeing a therapist and had some advice and preparation before just announcing his newest member. Even for folks who are real open minded and accepting thats quite a statement without some prior discussion with co-workers. Maybe like "hey guys, I'm thinking about gettin a dick." "What do you think about cut vs uncut, 6'' or 8", veins or smooth". dear fuckin god, think of what a good marketing team could do if they ran a super-bowl ad for a rent-a-dick, buy a boner, purchace a peter...the mind flails and boggles.

Regardless, my sympathy and support to the poor soul... not even the proper owner of a dick and already in trouble with it. Whoooeee Lord

No, it's not. You can descriminate against bald people, or people with big noses, or anything that doesn't fall into a "protected class." We discriminate all the time in housing, against people who don't have jobs or have bad credit. Protected classes are outlined specifically under a number of different laws.

For instance, you can refuse to rent your house to students. But you can't refuse to rent to young people. If you advertise "no students", and then you later take a grad student, or a student who is 50, you're toast.

i presonally will never understand gender reassignment,i think it's stupid because you can be who you are on the inside regardless of your outside. but i will say that my opinion on it doesnt mean anything to those people because it's their life and their bodies. i would never discriminate that way i is shallow and pathetic,and unfair she lost her job

 

There is a possible plus in going male to female, but female to male? I dunno man.
I mean, you go from male to female and you can fuck your brains out from dusk to dawn. While as a male, you get one, maybe two shots and you're done for at least 12 hours.
And if people think that men have it easier because their men, that only works if you're taking a leak. Women are so coddled in the workforce, it's not funny. Society, not much different that I can think of.
