Try not masturbating before hand and not use any substances. And wear a condum! But only put it on once you know you are up. It can also make it go away/be hard to get it up intially
i didn't even realize you could put a condom on when flaccid. yeah, it was probably the alcohol, and maybe some first time nerves. and maybe the fact that she refused to get naked for you.
