Was the Occupy Movement back in the High Court today? I saw lots of banners outside about the right to protest for 24 hours, so i was assuming so. (Tee hee - I ALSO saw a police van parked up on the Strand in case of trouble ... with an out-of-date tax disc. And not "only just" out of date either. It expired on 30 November 2011!!!)
haven't been there in a while but saw this written on one of the sites a couple of days ago... "Occupy London have just received an email from the Judicial Office to let us know that judgment in the case brought against us by the City of London Corporation will not be handed down on Monday at 2pm. The misunderstanding arose due to an error at the Queen’s Bench listing division and we are awaiting confirmation of a new date, which we understand has yet to be fixed."
right now, the poolice are swarming parliament square to remove all peaceful protesters, and they doing it unlawfully! quelle surprise...
news just in... St Pauls judgement tomorrow (Weds) at 2pm - Royal Courts of Justice, inside and outside... anyone who wants to be there to support occupy is most welcome im def gonna be there... not missing that!
The decision is in, we are too be evicted at 4pm next friday unless an appeal is made. Which I believe it will be. I will be up there all of next week hopefully. Who gives a fuck what the high court says really, its not like we had permission to occupy it in the first place. It just makes me wonder why people chose to get involved with the court in the first, theoretically this eviction notice only applies to those who are involved in the court case, 'persons unknown' could apply to everyone. you can't evict an idea!
yes, we are pretty strong (i think we have the longest "continuous" occupation so far) and very organised, given the chaotic conditions... a little update on the Barbican building... we left the building because staying there would have meant the people working on it would lose their jobs...
the bank of ideas has been gutted and moved to the next location, currently unknown. was in there last night until the wee hours of the morning, not sure when they're going to come knocking.
Bank of idea's has been evicted violently. One reporter was bunched in the face by a baliff and who then plower their car into a crowd of people, its amazing no body was seriously hurt.

Holy shit! What a crazy son of a bitch! I'm sorry, he must have been on something.. who the fuck does that when there are police standing right next to him?!
The police let the situation unravel. Instead of doing some crowd control and moving the protesters from the front of the car, they just let the bailiff plow through.
