i don't remember anything like that at the couple i've been to. but then i really don't remember how they were decorated. i think they looked pretty generic steakhousey.
Far from Texas Roadhouse which allows you to chuck peanut shells on the floor. IIRC Outback has no peanut shell chucking. Also something about an upsidedown map. Do Aussies actually do that or is it some bullshit? Then again, the only reason North is up is because that's the hemisphere of imperialism.
Texas Roadhouse sucks. Logan's Roadhouse kicks the ass of both Outback and Texas hands down. And their sides even suck. And they STILL beat them out.
I live in Australia...the wildlife still freaks me out after 4 months! everytime I see something wiggling in the dark...:S
There are like outback pubs fucking everywhere.... Pretty much the Australian version of steakhouses.... Not that I eat steak though
outback is expensive i could eat like three times more of the same food in a regular restaurant, just without free toothpicks and decoration, which i dont really care about
Not Australian themed? It's called OUTBACK Steakhouse. Their ads are full of Aussie stereotypes. So are their menus, and everything about it for that matter. I think it's funny how fake the guys accent is in the commercial. When I graduated high school we ate at one to "celebrate." I ripped a boomerang off the wall on the way out (I was pretty drunk). I took it to my uncles wood shop and made about a hundred replicas and lost them all in the woods. Still have the original tho
Is it possible that the voice actor in the Outback Steakhouse television commercial is some bizarre case of an English-born man who grew up for a few years in South Africa and then went to Australia with a short period of detention and torture in North Korea? This could explain the unusual accent he has. Maybe it's not a fake after all.
I suppose. Or maybe he is Australian after all, just with a strange speech impediment. Or maybe hes been kicked in the face by kangaroo one too many times.

That cute little Aussie accent turns me on like that. Was always this chick on vent who would get angry about something IRL but her accent just made it so damn cute.
My god, the Australian accent is one of the worst accents in the world. I can see a beautiful Australian girl but as soon as I hear that accent... nothing. Give me a Eastern European accent. Makes a man feel like James Bond.
i'm aware of the name of the restaurant, yes the name is semi-australian. the ADS are australian themed. burger king ads are giant plastic-headed king themed, but that doesn't mean the restaurants are. i don't remember what the menu looked like, but like i plainly said already, the ones i've been to were decorated pretty generically.
I love an Aussie accent. Generally, I find Aussies to be quite an agreeable species, perhaps the female a bit more than the male.
