Say you dose at 6pm tuesday night, come down Wednesday 6am. How many days (from wednesday at 6am) does it take you to have a similar strength trip on the same dose?

My turn around on LSD seems to be about 7-8 days. Yet for mushrooms it takes me only 3-4. Not that i'm constantly dosing as soon as my tolerance goes down, but, you know... it happens. :D

7-10 days but everyone's different. I'd personally wait at least two weeks to be clear of tolerance.

From what i experienced its a 3-4 day rule for your general tolerance to go away. You will have to take a little more, maybe 1 or 2 more, but by day 3-4 you should be fine.

If you want the full effect again with the same amount give it a week.

There's a great forum thread of this topic on bluelight. 2 weeks is the answer you're looking for. It takes 3-4 days to get past a huge hump of tolerance, then 2 weeks to clear completely to have the same strength trip on the same amount. If you wait 10 days, it will be down, but you'll want to up your dose for a good trip.

Should be months not days. Unless you're just using acid to get wasted.

2 weeks would be sufficient, but even at that rate the experience loses some magic. Wait at least a month and blow your mind every time.

Yeah, I enjoy spacing out my trips, also, then I can think about each trip much more dramatically, eg "you guys remember the trip of summer 2011?"
