I was in Hoi An, in Vietnam, which has over 2000 tailors and I decided to have pretty much a whole wardrobe made. They sewed all my clothes in this big warehouse in the middle of a huge market full of chickens running around and whatnot. I was happy to see my clothes were being made in decent conditions though, and not by children. One of the items I had made was some serious Phat Pants. I thought the vietnamese tailors might get it wrong, but they seemed to make them pretty sick. I'm probably the only person whose ever had them make pants like this. I also bought lots of extra green highly glossy silk (which is what the stripes are made of) to make extra designs if anyone has any suggestions. I'm thinking of doing Telema hexagrams on the pockets. Also they were very inexpensive, around 40-60,000 dong (20 or 30$ ish). Check it out:
