gurl confuses me..please help retype

this girl confuses me.....i know a gurl that work at a gas station, she works alone at night but everytime i go up there im with my ex girlfriend....so she know us both. she was shy but, one day a guy outside scared her so i stuck around, to make sure she was ok. after i gave her my number in case she needed to call. she texted me 4 minutes after i gave her the #. she mentioned going fishing with me and my ex and talked bout it for a while, after i told her that it was me she was texting to on the phone...so i finally wrote to her that i was a good fisherman...and she wrote "quan guys always catch like 6 inch fish, claiming its a foot".i think she did that to make sure it was me .so i wrote her and "said more like 9 inches". and she wrote back "are we still talking about fish now lol"..so i wrote and told her id talk bout that later, and didnt text her back until the next week. i asked her y we havent heard from her and she said she hasnt worked, so i said id call back again..but i didnt, a week later i seen her at work, and she said to tell my ex, that she was borrowing a shanny to go ice fishing with us so i said ok and didnt get into chat. she still aint called so i didnt neither. but me and my ex are best friends, and i think shes scared of her..am i taking the flirt wrong... or is she waiting for me to cut into her, or should i let it be. i been purposly avoiding the store now. any advise.

 

why don't you leave your ex apart for awhile and invite that girl for a drink ? Seems pretty simple doesn't it ?
