    This thing says 10 hours a day! Who does that?
    My online max is 1-2 hours, so my 'shrinkage' is minimal.
    Maybe like 4-5%.

    *totally not worried*

    Well quite.

    I suspect that 60 hours a week of ANYTHING (except, perhaps, sleep) maybe ain't all that good for ya ...

    We only use like 1% of our brains anyways, right?
    So, this is just like stream-lining the process of thinking.

    Just cutting the fat so to speak. Know what I mean?

    And anyways, 60 hours a week of meditation...of moderate hiking...of rolling in the grass...of almost anything really, would be
    better for you than sitting with your face a foot away from a screen, barely moving, likely drinking coffee, putting on weight,
    as your testosterone levels plummet, totally tuned out to your body and surroundings, shortening your attention span, as
    some fit latin man pounds your wife so hard she forgets her name. KnowwhatImean, Vern? It's like that, Vern. Somewhat.

    LOL.
    More henny penny 'science'-----> pffftftftft.

    Know whatcha mean, bro.
    Those ching chong brains are much better at math and 'book learning' than most Americans.

    And anyways, brain shrinkage? wtf? Even if it's true, and obviously it can't be...who cares?
    A little brain matter here or there. Oh nose!!!! Excuse me while I pepper my knickers, right? lol.

    Huge, useless brains.
