    Hand-to-Hand Combat With Zombies

    Fighting Off a Group of Zombies

    [IMG]Since the majority of zombie encounters involve groups of zombies, it is advisable to stockpile a variety of moves to fight them off. The Mantis is a simple three-step move that is effective and easy to learn. Although the Mantis involves three distinct parts, with practice the three parts will flow together as one.

    Preparation: Assume a fighting posture;
    identify closest zombie

    Step 1: With your right hand, strike the zombie
    closest to you in the nose

    Step 2: Deliver side kick to head of next zombie

    Step 3: Strike third zombie in the nose
    with your left hand; flee
