    Reposted from Constitutional Militia sources

The NDAA act of 2012 constitutes a violation of the principles upon which this country is founded. It is a direct violation of the U.S. Constitution as it was penned by this nation's architects and is grounds for insurrection. Those who are responsible for this act of treason are numerous, and here are some of their very personal details. It's what they get.

Robert J. Portman is a Republican Senator from the state of Ohio. He has made himself a target as an advocate of the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act), but we are truly disturbed by the ludicrous $272,853 he received from special interest groups supporting the NDAA bill that authorizes the indefinite detention of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil. Robert J. Portman, we plan to make an example of you.

Performance Trust Capital Partners Mr Walsh’s highest listed donor hired Capital Hill Consulting Group to Lobby congress on S.61 in 2009
    http://soprweb.senate.gov/index.cfm?event=getFilingDetails&fili...
This bill would have assisted homeowners in preventing the loss of their homes due to mortgage foreclosure. After the Fed handed out trillions in low mortgage rate loans to high risk taking financial institutions - S.61 was shot down in congress before it ever made it to the floor. Big finance YES - middle class homeowner - NO. Overall Mr Walsh received over $125,000 from Securities & Investment Firms and Insurance companies - his largest donors. For a Tea Party populist, he sure likes the banks and the insurance companies.
    Here’s more on S.61
    http://annlawyer.com/component/content/article/45.html
The story about his child support issues are well known. Mr Walsh claims that he had low income and had temporary housing stewardship of one the children during the disputed time. These are facts which can be easily verified. Did Mr Walsh have a court order to pay - if so did he make the payments? Apparently he was ordered and did not pay. Mr Walsh can (and is likely) making the argument that the payments shouldn’t have been as high as they were because of the issues above detailed - he might be right in that regard. Mr Walsh states that over $2K a month is being automatically garnished from his account (sad that a sitting US congressman has to be made to pay support via garnishment). It appears that there was a time that he was either ordered to pay or did not sufficiently have enough overnights to be considered shared custodial and was assessed the known $117K in arrears. Also, there seems to be at least once where he failed to appear at a hearing. It appears that he is in process of trying to lower that assessed figure (if he hasn’t already) while paying off the figure he owes. Usually, when a non-custodial parent is in arrears a judge will increase the monthly in attempt to accelerate repayment.
In any event, $117K is a rather large figure to be in arrears for. One has to surmise that for some period of time Mr Walsh did not make support payments to his ex-wife. Even giving him the benefit of the doubt the period of time in which he failed to pay support could probably be measured in years.
If he got a verbal agreement with his ex-wife over support - then it’s his own fault for not getting the agreement signed and filed with the court. Also if he did make payments outside a state disbursement unit and failed to save the cancelled checks - that’s also a measure of irresponsibility.
Any responsible father knows that child support must be paid if you are not the custodial parent. Whether or not you get along with the mother is not a consideration. I think constituents can reasonably come to the conclusion that at least for some extended period of time Joe Walsh did not make child support payments and was a deadbeat dad - verbal agreement or no.

    ****** Copyright controversy ******
Conyers has come under fire from scientific and taxpayers’ advocacy groups for repeatedly
introducing a bill that would overturn NIH Public Access Policy, and forbid the government
from mandating that federally funded research be made freely available to the public.
Critics assert that Conyers has been influenced by publishing houses who have contributed
    significant money to Conyers.
****** Bribery conviction of wife, Monica Conyers ******
Conyers’ wife, Monica, a former President pro tempore of the Detroit City Council,
pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit bribery in June 2009. This is punishable
by up to five years in prison; in March 2010 she was sentenced to 37 months imprisonment,
followed by two years supervised probation.
On June 16, 2009, the United States Attorney’s Office said that two Synagro Technologies
representatives had named Monica Conyers as the recipient of bribes from the company totaling
more than $60,000, paid to influence passage of a contract with the City of Detroit. The information
was gathered during an FBI investigation into political corruption in the city. She was given a
pre-indictment letter, and offered a plea bargain deal in the case. On June 26, 2009,
she was charged with conspiring to commit bribery. She pleaded guilty. On March 10, 2010 she was
sentenced to 37 months in prison, and also received two years of supervised probation. She is appealing
the sentence. She began serving her term on September 10, 2010 at a minimum-security camp in

The following is a list of legislators who signed NDAA bill thus abolishing the United States Constitution. These individuals must be removed from office and prosecuted for high treason. They have committed an act of war against the American people as well as the US Constitution. I desperately urge all reading this to pass it on if you value Freedom, otherwise do nothing and suffer the obvious outcome.

Thanks Fritz, let's hope it's a good one...

From the American Constitutional militias a Declaration has been issued concerning the NDAA:

Maybe we can still reverse this treachery through the "soft war", I don't claim to know. Part of me wants to return to the Seattle Occupy encampment to fight on that front, but with the NDAA signed it becomes just as dangerous to peacefully assemble and petition for change as it is to assemble in the national forests for militia field training exercises. I'm sleeping with my boots on.

Eh, I'm not into being anonymous really.

Makes you wonder with the way the Fed's keep banning things both real and intellectual property and making it impossible to get certain other items out of the sheer fear that someone will use these things to "commit acts of terrorism", just how long will it be till they get down to it and simply ban Glass bottles, gasoline and rags?

"We have a government that deliberately orchestrates needless fear and makes people insecure enough to ignore the reality of their lost liberties"

It has been working for decades and i dont know how it will be stopped. Once the military becomes the police i dont know what will happen.

Honestly i think we are all around fucked!

    How?

Im not trying to poke fun by any means...but i heard the same shit for 8 years when clinton was in office and i heard it for 8 years when bush was in office and now ive heard it for 4 years with obama being in office. And nothing happened.

    So how can we impeach?

The only method i can think is if the people hold the government hostage and literally kill all those with authority. Civil war, and im not in any way joking. This wont happen because the majority of Americans are cowards.

Dont get me wrong. I love my country and we have great people here but the majorty are wimps, cowards, and heavly brainwashed sheep.

I dont know what to do.

Well there are legal means to use for impeachment if there are provable grounds for impeachment. (which there are in this case, sort of) The problems are there is also a hierarchy of replacements for those impeached and they are the ones we would have to bring the evidence to in the first place, all signed the damn thing. Or the replacement, such as the replacement for Obama would be Biden...... Yeah..... That would work, what a maroon. Second after him would be Boehner, one of the criminals.... dare I say a lead criminal.

I don't know who what or how we would impeach 85% of capital hill, there is no presidence for that......

I don't either, and in fact "they" are counting on that. But here's what I do know:
The architects of the United States Constitution had one thing in mind while penning this document: limiting the power and scope of the central government in the interest of preserving the liberties of it's citizens. The Constitution is our Handbook for being American.
According to the same Handbook, when We the People suspect that we have become subjected to despotism from within, we have a First Amendment with which to gather in numbers and petition the government peacefully for change.
Failing that, the Handbook describes a Second Amendment which is "necessary to the security of a free state". Owning and carrying firearms as a "well-regulated militia". The Founding Fathers were quite serious about this.

Look around, find your local Constitutional Militia group. Start attending FTX (Field Training eXercises): learn about map & compass, radio comms, first aid, marksmanship, small unit tactics...
head down to your local surplus store and buy yourself a set of cammie fatigues, a web belt and suspenders, a canteen, a first aid kit, a gas mask, a rucksack, a face paint stick, pair of gloves and combat boots, boonie hat, mag pouches, flashlight, ect. Hit-up your local camping store and get some water purification tabs, two-way radios, bug repellant, ect. Definitely don't forget the gun shop. You'll want a nice gas-operated, magazine-fed, semi-automatic longarm with a shoulder sling, a cleaning kit, and plenty of mags and cartridges. By the time you just get warmed-up it'll already be expensive, just do it anyway. It's your duty.

Not in any way saying not to do this, but from what we have seen in other threads here on the forum and posts around the internet, according to the same Government that put together the Patriot Act and the NDAA 2012....

You might be called a terrorist if you.....

But, Yeah. Stock up on food too, and don't forget the waterproof match container. :2thumbsup:

I think more Americans are for peaceful protesting, believeing in not having any firearm to make true change to better the country. That we can stand together and those in power will just stand down from our numbers, on our awareness on the most important situations.

I love seeing people protest and stand up for what they believe in, and i have huge respect for all those trying to make things right and make sure justice is served. Although i don't believe anything will change unless firearms or another form of weapon is used. Its terrible i know, but i believe its the only way to make the change concrete. Those currently in power must be killed, otherwise they will always have a say in something, just my opion though.

In countries that have a military, look at how many protests where thousands of people are marching through the streets are eventually pushed away and confined by police and military. Everytime, and no matter what we say, and how many signs we hold, and how loud our voices are, we are still pushed down and nothing changes. Some people still have not realized that the political enemy monster that is running things will always use firearms on the people to push us into what house/hole/camp they choose. If you dont agree, they will shoot you. So how on earth can we fight back?

I have always believed in the 2nd Amendment. It was put there for a reason, and it wasnt just to protect your home. Far too few people understand this, many i think actually fear it. One of the biggest reasons for this is the government has done a damn good job at making us comfortable with their manipulative entertainment. Which also makes them rich...they play both ends of the game and benefit from both sides.

We need to create a culture of resistance. Combine all radicals, pacifists and horticulture hippies and so on into one sustainable lifestyle of resistance. Resist above and below ground.. As some, do to their previous life decisions or what-not, can not go underground.
I advise looking up Derrick Jensen. Or even more so, more directly the DGR. Many talks are on youtube. One discussion in particular is very good. We drasticaly need to resist with everything we've got, and prepare. But wisely at the same time.
