on microgynon 30, when will i.....

get my period?, i mean im due to stop pills in 4 days time for my 7 day break but im not sure how long after the first missed pill to expect my period to come, iv not been on birth control for 15 years this is my first month on it as i have 3 kids dont want no more lol any help would be great.

does it vary from woman to woman?? i thought id get it the day i missed the pill but someone said no thats no true so now im confused lol thanks in advance

 

what there is NO one out there using the pill, it doesnt have to be the exact same pill you use it can be any 21 day pill ad ur experiences on the withdrawal bleed, wish someone would help me out lol

 

you gave people 2 hours to answer in what is, for a large percentage of the posters here, the middle of the night. be patient.

 

I think it varies but it will be probably 2-4 days after the last pill in a 21 day pack. it'll likely be the same day every month eventually, but the start day may change at first, since this is your first month taking the pill.

thank you so much for your reply i didnt know it took so long from the last pill, so if im still bleeding on day 8 (after 7 days break) i continue to start a new packet regardless yes???? so sorry just really a novice with the pill lol

 

Hey charliemarina,

Yes, you do just continue/ start off with a new packet even if your period rolls over onto the 8th or even 9th day. Your period will stop when it's finished, but you don't wait for your period to stop before you start the new packet.

Just make sure that you keep on schedule with your pill, and take it when you should be. ie; start your new packet regardless
