Two options for you...okay, three to be fair. One, stay with your wife and try to work it out. If you can communicate and she is willing to listen to your legitimate concerns about the lack of intimacy, then work it out to the best of your ability. Cheating is always wrong, no exceptions. If you're that unhappy in the relationship, then end it before looking for someone else.

Good point GoofyGooberz. LG53 maybe you should both consider going to see her doctor together and explain your situation. If you still love each other and you have been together for so long I don't think sex is a good enough reason to just up and leave. Keep trying to talk to her about it, let her know how much you love her and that you are concerned no only for her but for your relationship. Also try to make her understand how important this is to you, she may be just blowing the subject off.
