not particularly out of jurisdiction (govt blah) but customs would most likely confiscate it.

 

The guy ordering the seeds gets fucked tho. That's the problem.

 

I bought mine from a user here in California who also does tie dye.

 

Yeah i see, plus i remmeber my frined mentioning, customs would definatly open it up, and then get the address and fuck the guy up.

 

yeah, well...i ordered seeds a year ago and they arrived no problem, so customs doesn't always find them
