US citizens have been and are being held under this law that allows detainment without being charged. We can only hope this law will be challenged all the way to the Supreme Court and they will shoot it down as unconstitutional. Our elected leader's are not following the Constitution that so many have died in war to protect.

If the Supreme Court, our last defense against tyranny, does not uphold the Constitution then its is our right AND DUTY to remove those in power in whatever way needed.
I believe our veterans and US citizens who value freedom would support the forced removal and prosecution of those who break the oath to uphold our rights and liberties.
We follow laws, peacefully participate in electing Representative, pay taxes, raise future citizens, even giving our sons and daughters in time of war. That is our tacit social contract or unexpressed agreement with our government. The govt. in turn has the obligation to guarantee, protect, and uphold the freedoms and liberties granted in the Constitution. That is the contract. If its broken. What are we left to do? Look at the end of Roman civilization for a history lesson. The US looks to be following the same path. Had the Roman citizens fought to rid themselves of corrupt leaders Western civilization may have not ended up in the Dark Ages.

I signed a petition before the bill passed, and the first thing I said after signing it is I wouldn't be surprised if someone comes to round me up in the night now.

...but so what? What else can we do, stick our heads in the sand?
